Ok, so on the advice of some twitter peeps, I am blogging about my irritation about girls asking me advice about boob jobs :)

Now, firstly, these girls are not my friends, nor are they asking me face to face, in which, id be happy to tell them. But they ask in a conversation over 20 or so messages of 1 or 2 questions at a time. I get messages constantly from ‘friends of friends’ or acquaintances, asking for advice on their upcoming or never going to get, but wish they could boob jobs. Firstly, I HATE typing if  I don’t have to. Secondly, since I don’t know these girls, or think they will go through with it, I don’t actually care about their boobs (bitchy, maybe). And thirdly, they don’t usually really want advice, since they already have an idea of who they will see, they just want to chat and have a giggle with anyone about the prospect of their new assets. Cute, yes, but I am a busy girl.

So here it is: My advice-

If you have nice boobs (good shape, symmetrical, good amount of elasticity in your skin) then I would consider Thailand. I know many girls who have had the surgery there & they have beautiful breasts & they rave about how great their aftercare at the surgery was. A first boob job is quite a simple procedure. Cut skin, stuff implant in, stitch. You are out of the clinic in 2 hours. Your boobs will look just the same (shape, ect) as before, only bigger. So if they are nice and there is no reconstructive surgery necessary, then Thailand is the easiest, most cost effective way of getting it done. Not to mention, Thailand is beautiful. 

If you are certain you want the very best & are in Adelaide then I would recommend Dr. Tim Edwards or Dr. Richard Hamilton. Both are Plastic Surgeons (not cosmetic surgeons) & are both brilliant. My doctor has retired. I don’t know or recommend any others.

Don’t ask me what size you will be, I do not know. Your doctor will not know. You have to try on implants in the surgery & decide your shape there.

The perfect shape and size for you, I cannot help with. There are many factors. Ask your doctor. 

I dont know where you should have your incision, that’s up to you. Where do u want the scar?

If you are a B cup or under, you will have it under the muscle. If you are over a C, you generally have it on top of the muscle. Under the muscle will make them hard and stiff, on to will make them softer and more realistic. You don’t often have a choice here, the doctor will advise you what you need for your own size and shape.
